Lisa Owens
Owner, RMT, CNP
Lisa has a great passion for helping others achieve their health goals. Her passion began and grew from her studies at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. Not truly knowing the depths of what these studies entailed, she began anew and never looked back.
Lisa focuses on true healing. Nutrition is not a miracle pill, and healing doesn’t happen overnight. True healing requires being an active participant in your healing journey by putting in the effort and commitment needed to heal. She finds that nutrition should be the first line of defense on getting your health back on track while also integrating a mind and body approach through meditation and exercise.
Lisa then attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with successful completion of their Massage Therapy program. She specializes in deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point treatments, as well as stretching and corrective exercise. Over the course of her time as an RMT, she has also included Cupping Therapy and Acupuncture into her practice with much success.
Lisa has been active in the fitness industry for over 20 years, familiarizing herself with many different approaches to strength and conditioning such as TRX training, Crossfit, Weight lifting, HIIT training and Corrective Exercise.

Tracy Sousa
Owner of Soul Rebel Training
Soul Rebel Training is a mix of physical and mental practices that helps each client achieve long-term solutions to their goals. Each program is tailored to suit the needs of each client with the intention of getting them to move better, feel better, and gain an education about their own body. A bottom-up approach is used to correct the foundational cracks (aka poor body mechanics) which is a known culprit when it comes to loss of power, strength, and injury in some cases. Heavy focus is put into increasing core strength, body awareness, and making your movements more efficient. Soul Rebel Training is more than just sets + reps – it’s an education. I label my services as Holistic Coaching because I apply Yogic teachings to every service which means you will be coached as one unit and not in bits and pieces.
Services:
Online solo programming
30 min Zoom sessions
Personal Training
Traditional Yoga (traditional Yoga includes meditation/mindfulness teachings)
Nutrition Guidance
Head-to-toe assessment

Sara Hillier
RMT
Sara believes in a holistic approach to healing. she is passionate about living a healthy, active, positive lifestyle and leads by example.
Sara has been practicing as an RMT for the past 11 years, adding modalities such as cupping and acupuncture under her scope of practice. she always wanted to be a part of the health care field but it wasn’t until she took a reflexology course with her mom that she realized body work was where she belonged. that same year she enrolled in the massage therapy course at medix and has been practicing ever since.
Her goals are to decrease pain and discomfort and promote healing by relaxing the body’s mental and physical state. she believes the best outcomes come from clients who work towards becoming more self-aware and participating in their recovery.
Her professional plans for the future are to further her education and knowledge in holistic nutrition so that she may support other individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. outside the studio, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids, being outdoors and anything that includes being close to the water’s edge.
